I ordered via their website at 4:25pm & it said it would be ready in 15 minutes but I requested 5:15 pick up, figuring it would give more time for them (50 minutes). My order was 3 appetizers. I arrived at 5:15pm & they suggested I sit down & it will be ready soon. It wasn't done until 5:50pm, 35 minutes from the expected time (and 1.5 hours from when I ordered) & she did not seem sorrowful for the wait (& potential problems it caused for me). Another customer was waiting when I arrived. Another customer came for 5:30pm pick up after ordering much earlier in the day (a large order), and her order was being put together, but not finished. Others waiting, including a DoorDash driver who ended up leaving without food. The food was good and price reasonable, but not worth the inconvenience. It's too bad because I'd very much like to support them, but we can't take the risk.

Food was great and super fresh. The restaurant smelled amazing when I stepped in. I've never been before and they were very friendly and attentive while iw aited for my food.
